This notice describes how WithholdingFix, operated by Matthew Craig Heath in Michigan, handles information when you use this website.

Your calculator entries

The calculator’s code processes income and withholding entries in your browser’s page memory. It does not send those entries to our server, put them in a URL, or save them in browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears entries from the application. Browser restore features may behave differently; use “Reset everything” when you finish on a shared device.

The calculator does not request Social Security numbers, bank details, tax-document uploads, or account credentials.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and securing the website may involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and request times. Browser-based calculation does not prevent ordinary hosting logs. Provider processing is governed by the applicable service terms; see Netlify’s privacy information.

When you email support

If you email support@withholdingfix.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and keep relevant support records. Support email is hosted through Namecheap Private Email; see Namecheap’s privacy information.

We keep support messages while needed to respond, investigate issues, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support message; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Do not include sensitive tax documents or identification numbers.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current calculator application sets no cookies and includes no analytics, session-replay, or advertising scripts. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate and secure their services. Google AdSense is planned but is not active.

Before advertising or tracking is enabled, we will update this notice to identify the actual providers and practices, and implement the applicable consent and privacy choices.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell support messages or use calculator entries for advertising. Service providers process information needed to host the website and support inbox. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address abuse or security issues.

To ask about personal information you have sent us, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email support@withholdingfix.com. Available rights depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify a request without asking you to send sensitive tax documents.

Printouts and external links

Printing uses your browser’s print function. Printed results and saved PDFs may contain financial figures; you control where they are saved or shared. Links to the IRS, Railroad Retirement Board, and other external sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

We will update the date on this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or consent where required.
