These terms describe use of WithholdingFix, operated by Matthew Craig Heath in Michigan, United States. Please review them alongside our privacy notice and calculator disclaimer.

Purpose and scope

WithholdingFix provides informational and educational tax-planning estimates. It is not a tax-return preparation or filing service. It does not submit withholding elections or tax payments and does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, or other professional advisory relationship.

Your inputs and decisions

Results depend on accurate entries and assumptions about future income and payments. Review inputs and current official guidance. Obtain qualified advice for unsupported or complex situations. You remain responsible for filing returns, choosing and submitting withholding changes, and making payments by applicable deadlines.

Amounts labeled “extra tax to add” are additional to the current withholding you entered. They are not instructions to replace existing total withholding. Check the next pay statement after making a change.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise a particular refund, balance due, penalty outcome, tax saving, or uninterrupted availability. Rules and personal circumstances can change, and errors may occur. Estimates are not official determinations by a tax authority.

Permitted use

You may use the calculator for planning and print or save your results. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or represent its estimates as government-approved or professionally certified.

Availability and changes

The calculator may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. Later versions may produce different results when rules or methods change. The application does not retain your entries for you; print or save a dated summary if you need a record.

Warranty and liability limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability. To that same extent, the operator disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, duties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-party services

External websites and any future advertisements are provided by third parties. Inclusion does not mean we endorse an advertiser or guarantee a third party’s services. Advertising will remain visually separate from calculator results.
